PREPARING THEM FOR WHAT COMES NEXT
At Northside, the Upper School is where rigorous academics, intentional mentorship, and real-world experience converge. Students pursue a vertically aligned, college-preparatory curriculum with access to Honors, AP, and Dual Enrollment pathways; they’re guided by a four-year college counseling plan; and they’re formed as leaders who think critically, communicate with strength, and live out purpose with conviction. Here, excellence isn’t a label—it’s the daily standard that prepares graduates to thrive in university and to influence culture with wisdom and courage.

HIGH SCHOOL CURRICULUM
High School academics are designed for depth, pace, and purpose. Students move through a coherent sequence of core courses—English, math, science, social studies, and world language—layered with AP and Dual Enrollment opportunities through partner colleges. Electives in fine arts, technology, and specialized disciplines expand interests and sharpen strengths, while sustained emphasis on research, writing, and quantitative reasoning prepares students for university-level work. Throughout, faculty work with students on time management, scholarly habits, and intellectual curiosity—so graduates don’t just “get into” college; they’re ready to excel once they’re there.
